After buying some ingredients in SM Hypermart – The Block, Ana and I agreed to have some ice cream before we went home. And we bumped into this new gelato booth and saw the price was just Php 50, that’s a very affordable price for a gelato, ei? So we tried it out, Ana had the ferrero flavor and I had the mint chip one. Ana is not a fan of chocolate ice creams but she liked what she had and I also liked my mint. Though it is not as creamy as to compare with the expensive gelatos we used to tastes, it is more than satisfactory considering that it is only Php 50. Overall, this is an 8 out of 10, not bad to be considered as a good food after all and still a must try for gelato lovers.
MokkiLato, Real Artisan Gelato – they have branches in some other parts of the Metro like in Pasig and Makati. As I browsed the web, they also have one in Iloilo. I am not sure if they are open for franchising but you can get more information about them at their website Mokkilato.com
