  • 2-3 pcs Red Crab Large
  • 2-3 heads of garlic minced
  • 3-4 red chili pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • 1 cup water + to boil crabs
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
How To Cook Chili Garlic Crab Recipe:
    1. Boil the whole crabs along with claws in a casserole with sufficient water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain and cut in the crabs in half. Separate.
    2. Heat oil in a pan or wok. Add garlic and saute for few minutes.
    3. Add water and chili pepper.
    4. Dissolve cornflour in a half cup of water and add to the sauce.
    5. Add sugar and cook until the sauce thickens a little.

    6. Add salt and pepper then add the crabs. Mix the sauce with the crabs.
    7. Serve while hot in a serving dish.
