  • 1 kilo shrimp or prawns
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 heads garlic minced
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda Sprite / 7-up
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Garlic Buttered Shrimp Recipe:
    1. Marinade the shrimp in lemon-lime soda for 10 minutes.

    2. Melt the butter in a pan and heat up until it is hot enough to cook the garlic.

    3. Saute garlic in butter till brown.

    4. Put the shrimp, including the marinade, and cook until the liquid completely evaporates. Do not overcook.

    5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    6. Served hot with rice.
